@tritiumH3 ...wallace was the only "father figure" in that entire crew. they probably weren't his kids and it doesn't really matter. those kids were there because wallace actually took care of them. remember when the morning omar's brandon turned up dead? the camera pans from brandon's body to wallace's house. the alarm goes off and wallace wakes up all those kids and sends them off to school. other than d'angelo barksdale, wallace was the best character--which is exactly why he was killed.
