I love my country living as well. This is nothing more than torture. Lawyer up and sue them, sue them for hundreds of wrestles nights sleeping and sue them for the sound of the tractor trailer noise 24/7, sue them for the light torture (strobe effect).

I think your concerns about turbines are valid. I really like the idea of wind power but appropriate set backs from homes are needed. I believe the set backs in California are 1 mile from a home. New set backs in Ontario are about 500 meters. Is that enough? I'm not sure. I know the wind energy companies were not happy with that number. Are home owners? How close is too close.

thats so superficial and just plain ridiculous to be so concerned about a wind turbine 1000 feet from your house. thats more than 2 city blocks. Shadows? really? cmon! your complaining about a completely legitimate source of renewable energy for insignificant reasons. and keep in mind, the futher away a source is, the less efficient it is. dont be such a brat
