It has got to be understood that shooting to kill is the only kind of shooting a person that there is. In regards to the cops, I umderstand them shooting the guy, but I saw the video, and what I saw was them shooting him five times, him falling to the ground, and them shooting him five more times. I wasn't there and couldn't see, but I doubt he was a threat after he hit the ground. Having said that, I've heard stories of people on PCP, and that could be the issue, so there should be an investigation.
