Your chords are a tad different than what I figured, good you did the whole song, I realized after I posted mine there is a different chorus with different chords, good you caught on

@Medalion ehy there, i've seen your version, you did a great job!...yes my chords are a little bit different...in the chorus , based on the bass line, i played Cadd9, G, Cadd9, Em7, Cadd9, G, D, Am, C.....i think the only time it goes on D is after the third Cadd9....and yes, the third chorus is different.....also in the verse, it stays in G in the beginning, then it goes G, A7sus4, Em7
