Yes, yes I was- that's why I started coaching when I was 18.

And their form is ok- but having good approach form doesn't automatically mean you're a good hitter. I know freshman girls with good form too.

How can you assume they're good hitters on warm ups? If you know anything about volleyball you'll know that those who try to hit straight down are also the easiest to block- try hitting the back 5 feet of the court- that's when hitters are at their best.

yup thats high school... I played for thailand... and we played that squad.. in the Asian high School Cup.(S.E. Asian, China, Japan, Russia, and Islands.) We have four region... and it region bring 8 top teams... we lost to them in semifinals. There not that tall... there average height is 5-11 to 6'0... there fast and the best defensive teams. and a lot of plays. with fucken major hopes... they defeated Russia in the Finals. Good Good game...
