@melody8628 With all the respect, that's a non-sense comment mate. It doesn't matter if you're good or bad singer when you speak of the amplitude of your voice. Also, this song is not one of the highest pitched songs from p!atd, it's from the more normal... The voices are classified as Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano and Contralto for the women, and Contra-thenor, Thenor, Baritone and Bass for the man. Almost every thenor can sing this notes, being good or bad singers ;) be careful with your words!

He's vocal range isn't huge. I'll admit that it is wide, but falsetto adds a lot of sound to a vocals. He is naturally high pitched, but at 2:50 he goes falsetto. Men with a wide vocal ranges in rock music are guys like Freddie Mercury and Thom Yorke, because they also reach very deep.

@LobsterService I'll have to disagree with you here. You cannot judge a person's vocal range from just one song. If you watch other Brendon acoustics you find that he is not naturally high pitched, he adjusts his voice to be in tune with the particular guitar he is playing. For this reason I find his vocal range amazing because he never needs a capo on his guitar to adjust it to his voice. Also his natural voice is actually so deep that he often tunes his guitar a whole octave down to be in tune

@Jagferraz If he tuned his guitar a whole octave down it'd be impossible to play it, the strings would be really loose. And the capo would only be necessary to make the pitch higher, not lower. But I agree, Urie has an amazing vocal range.
