I usually do a superset of leg extensions followed by leg presses,rest, then a few sets of walking lunges(awesome exercise) superssetted with smith machine squats. Incredible pump & my quads show it. I love those walking lunges! That'l take the starch out of most people.

Testosterone levels are highest in the morning?? Pretty much every bodbuilding publication i've read on the subjects says they are higher in the afternoon....but prove me wrong because I like to train in the morning.
