I died my hair blue a couple of times when I was in my teens. Fun, but crazy.

You read my mind! I was thinking, dye it BLUE! and you said it! and then I thought, they look like pubes! Hehehehe :D Maybe it was a good job you didn't go for the t-shirt, my friend has one and he gets chatted up a lot so your girlfriend is lucky it was so damn expensive!
