The Japanese self defense force is in the top ten military in the world, they have under 200 thousand personnel, But they are the most well trained army in the world (Bar the USA). And many civilians where equipped with weapons and fast trained militia which weren't even considered soldiers because they lacked equipment and training. So basically Japan lost most soldiers. This is just so... so CUTE. I mean, I totally get that it's main purpose is as anti-Japanese propaganda and that it makes purposely (and somewhat ignorantly) makes China out to look utterly innocent and lovely (calling ancient China 'peaceful' is certainly a stretch), but it contrast with the undeserved crap the West talks about China nowadays, this warms my heart. Yes... remind us of some of the things that make China great.

And many civilians where equipped with weapons and fast trained militia which weren't even considered soldiers because they lacked equipment and training. So basically Japan lost most soldiers. But Japan relayed on bombing. artillery and tanks. China barely had anything.
