It was more Arbok's DEF than SPCL DEF, Shadow Ball is a physical move in this game (I think!)

In this game, Shadow Ball reduces Special Defense, so I would assume it is a special-type move. =P

That's actually meant to look like Cassidy from the anime, but the her bears a striking resemblance. =P
