Southern Europeans (Spanish, Greeks) are not caucasian, they produce a degree of melanin, but not the quantities that darker skinned races (blacks, indians etc.) do. That's not true. You have very little idea of genetics. Only a very small portion of humans ( mostly Celts ) cannot tan. Caucasian isn't just Europeans. According to the dictionary, Caucasians include West Asian, South Asians, North Africans, all of which typically have dark skin.
