Inhale lightly and not for too long. Exhale slowly or fast, both are fine but more often, I'd say at least 75% of people, exhale slowly or let the smoke linger and leave the mouth on its own. If you inhale deeply (you're wrong Ballpython), you will BURN the tobacco and you will get light headed and/or get a headache.

@ironhorseonfire I personally inhale as deeply as possible. If you get the shisha called Purple Haze and deep inhale, it feels so much better then any high you can get from weed. Hope you try it out:)

i smoke hooka, cigarettes and i used to smoke weed.

you can mix the sisha tobacco with weed to have a amazingly yummy high.

fill the bowl with ice and water/vodka, mix the weed(whatever type) and strawberry sisha tobacco for a fucking good smoke.

a traditional hookah is used like a cigar because the tobacco is like a cigar 100% heavy tobacco leaves it wasnt flavoured many years ago and it was just way to heavy to smoke it on your lung just like a cigar but the new tobacos are from flitered tobaco leaves they have just 0,5 gramm nikotin and are faaaaaaaaar away from the heaviness of the smoke from a cigar and even far away of the heaviness from the smoke of a cigarette but you can still put some weed on top of tobaco ;)

@ViolentJrulez - Actually it depends on the brand, HERBAL brands like SOEX and HYDRO contain 0% tobacco, 0% nicotin and 0% tar. And some brands like Al Fakher contain 0.5% nicotin. Some brands contain 0.05%. It varies. If you don't want any buzz, go for the 0%, if you want just a little, go for the 0.05% and if you want lots of buzz go for the 0.5%.

sorry to say but Shisha has tar as well. Tangiers is an un wash shisha so i contain alot of nicotine and give you a nice head buzz.
