I love the patch you used in guitar rig. I have guitar rig 4 and have experimented but have not found anything that sounds as warm and pretty as the patch you used for this video. Did you create this? If so I would love the patch. Great work and cool product. I will definitely consider it!
Looks like they discontinued that preset for guitar rig 4. Bummer. I found something that was close though. By the way I just purchased some of your products (Warm Jazz, Direct Guitar and Humbucker). Can't wait to try them out.

I wanna know if you can play anything with that patch or only some things...is it possible to sample slurs, hammer-ons, pull-offs, and tapping as well? Sounds absolutely fantastic I must say...I'm not familiar with kontakt and have never tried to sample an instrument before =)
so kontakt actually has the samples and guitar rig is just the effects .. you can chose what amp and such .. and it seems like this library has a few premade amps
Easy, use a software such as Logic or Cubase. Buy DirectGuitar :), buy Kontakt and load it into an instrument track of Logic or Cubase. After that, add Guitar rig to the effect pannel of the track where is loaded kontakt.
Depends on which daw you use. But you can always do it the old fashioned way with sends and so forth. But there should be a way to set kontakt as the input and guitar rig as effects on the same channel without any probs. Or just use kontakt on one channel, send that channels audio off to another and put the guitar rig on that one.
This is not a D50 sound but it's my new 9Gb guiar sample library direct recorded for Kontakt, GIGA or EXS24 sampler. Combined with an amp simulator helps you to create an infinite number of guitar sounds.

Fender stratocaster '82. This patch is made with the tone to of the neck pickup to 80%.
