I think parents should withstand them at the door with weapons. I was accomadating when someone anomously reported that I was doing drugs around my kids. I absolutly was not, so I let them in my home for an interview. They performed it, I was vindicated, so they demanded a drug test. I told them hell no, get out, dont come back, I will use force to prevent your return, and I pulled my children from public school, home schooled them, and never had another problem,

it is not clear as to what the exigent circumstances were to warrant taking your children into protective custody. you dont have a right to interfere with lawful actions by the police. in order to be convicted of interfering with the police a jury would have to believe you were being unreasonable. if the cops were wrong they did so in a calm manner. there is no requirement to get you a tribal police officer if you are not on tribal land.

They can only arrest you for making a scene outside your home unless you threaten them in some way. I noticed they would not talk about what happened, kept saying you knew. Here's the deal: If the people taking your kids have no paperwork or warrant or court order, use violence and guns to kill everything that tries to take your kids. You may then explain in court later that since they were without warrant, papers or court order, they were in the exact same position as kidnappers, and deserved to be treated as such.
