  • As suggested, They are called "dandelion fountains" like most modern fountains the water is "recycled" so no, they do not waste water.

    They do however require big pumps to operate though.

  • There are some of these made by artists, and some sold by commercial fountain companies, the latter usually called Dandelions. PEM of Canada sells them, as does Hall Fountains.

  • There's also one in Kings Cross, Sydney. The El Alamein fountain it's called. They are the most evil looking things when there's no water running through them.

  • lol see that like evrey day rofl that like 1 mile from my home. not a big deal been there for years . its actulu for for dogs i always see people and there dogs swiming in the pool( not the people of cource)
