Being a medical doctor I do certainly know about physiology. "GIRLS WHO HAVE NOT YET MENSTRUATED" are not the ones mentioned here. Authors did not take into account the ONLY verses that talk about age of maturity for marriage.

If you study islam, you will see that after verse 33.49 was revealed, the contemporaries of mohammed asked for additional clarification because certain groups of women were not covered under 33.49 - These were specifically mentioned as being (and I quote) "the woman who does not menstruate and the woman WHO HAS NOT MENSTRUATED YET. And what is the waiting period of the pregnant woman?" So 65.4 was sent.
As you can see there is really no question that islam allows very young girls to be married.

We can use the same criteria for hadith that actually the authors did where they found those contradictions they rejected teh hadith. Now when we find later these contradictions its automatic rejections.Very fortunately there r very few such hadiths that can be said to be fasle on such criteria ( weak sanad) and more evidence to the contrary.

just because a girl has started her period doesnt mean that she is ready for sex or definitely ready to carry a child. if a child started her period at 8, there is no way her body is ready to carry a baby. she is still developing. this is ignorance. labor and delivery is very intense, there is no reason for a child that age to go through the physical and mental pain of it. also medical problems can arise when a child gets pregnant so young.

Being a medical doctor I do certainly know about physiology. "GIRLS WHO HAVE NOT YET MENSTRUATED" are not the ones mentioned here. Authors did not take into account the ONLY verses that talk about age of maturity for marriage.
If those verses ( that u avoid to post) are taken into account nobody can consider women who have not yet menstruated just becuase they r too young.
So verse 65:4 talks about primary and secondry ammenorrhea and women who have missed a period or more periods.

If you study islam, you will see that after verse 33.49 was revealed, the contemporaries of mohammed asked for additional clarification because certain groups of women were not covered under 33.49 - These were specifically mentioned as being (and I quote) "the woman who does not menstruate and the woman WHO HAS NOT MENSTRUATED YET. And what is the waiting period of the pregnant woman?" So 65.4 was sent.
As you can see there is really no question that islam allows very young girls to be married.

The tafsir authors were experts on classical arabic and in this case needed no further aid to interprete the koranic verse, unlike the studies of 4.34 full of other references.

Your reason #2 - Everyone understands that the reason for iddah is to make sure the women is not pregnant, and if she is, to know who is the father. Some women menstruate earlier, some much later. Those who have not yet menstruated may have just gotten pregnant before their first period and therefore also need to observe the iddah.

My position that very young girls can be married is supported by the work of several famous scholars who dedicated their lives to the study of islam. One of them, Ibn Kathir is famous all over the Muslim world and is one of the most widely used explanations of the koran today. 2: The only and only reason for iddah in verse (65:4) is to make sure one is not pregnant as if its certain one is not pregnant there is no iddah. Which also clearly means that (no courses" means people with ammenorhea or just who r not menstruatng.

Allah the Exalted clarifies the waiting period of the woman in menopause. And that is the one whose menstruation has stopped due to her older age. Her `Iddah is three months instead of the three monthly cycles for those who menstruate, which is based upon the Ayah in Al-Baqarah[see 2:228] The same for the young, who have not reached the years of menstruation. Also , I have repeated several times that its not mentioned in any one of the Hadith that Prophet had intercourse with his wives during thier menstruation, infact to the contrary all these clearly say he just went close to them, One mentining intercourse also clearly says they "used to" have intercourse on that place ( not at that time) also the Quran`s verse mentioning has absolutely nothing to do with racism.

Umm Salama reported: While I was lying with the Messenger of Allah in a bed cover I menstruated, so I slipped away and I took up the clothes (which I wore) in menses. Upon this the Messenger of Allah said: Have you menstruated? I said: Yes. He called me and I lay down with him in the bed cover. He di dnot have sexual intercousre when she wa smenstruating, she clearly says "used to have" atleast I hope u havent forgotten ur english yet old man. It means in regular times it might hav ebene a routine.

This was a practice of people during the periods of early man, and again I say that I in no way agree with the practice of it today, but I cannot hate the past, nor can I attach a group of people with stereotypes based on something that someone else did over 1400 years ago. This is not something solely related to Islam and Muslims. I think that by attacking someones religion you are no better than them, or they way you are the way you view them.

Also remember that Ishaq, HASSAN , and Tabari just collected every peice of history and hadith without authentication.They left it to later research for further analysis. As they collected all "sanad" "chain of narrations" for each event and then left it for others to decide who among the chain of narrators were to be disqualified.

which half? I told u most hadiths about Aisha`s age have been narrated on authority of Hisham. U did not understand simple thing so simple
There was over 150 yrs time diference between aishas death, bishr death., and compilation of hadith.U have to look at chain of narrations. At that time Imam `s tried taking great care when compiling hadith but still due to limitations in that time they did not have all contradictions available.
