Put one of those on your roof. With your insulation skills, the noise would be a non-issue. It does two things - generate power (for a good fridge?), and keep the house cooler in the summer by simply deflecting light away.

this was installed late 2009 and holds the WORLD RECORD FOR SOLAR TO GRID ENERGY PRODUCTION
Will they offer them to the people?
