When cutting from shot to shot, don't fade the transition. Just do a traditional cut and it will appear smoother. Also, try avoiding any kind of pan-out/pan-in with animation like this. When you have motion in the animation, don't fade the shots or layers from one to the other, either. Just do a traditional cuts and it will appear faster but more comedic and cleaner. When you have so many things fading, it begins to demean the production quality. Otherwise great stuff!

@MsXciteU Yeah, if you can try using a different editor to bring your images to. If you're using photoshop then moving them into flash with bridge, try just saving each individual frame in a folder then organizing them in chronological order in Vegas. Then begin editing the animation in Vegas so you have full creative control.
