I remember the days when these were used in nearly every new Fire-Lite or Notifier installation, until it was discontinued and the SpectrAlert Advance took over!
Funny thing is, we used to have one of these at my college's Student Union computer lab, but a couple of years ago they replaced it with a U-MMT horn/strobe! (system is a Notifier AFP-200) But we do have quite a few Advances in a couple other buildings now.
