how do i add the fire command?

run ccsm from the terminal and under the effects click on animations and set it for each window type that you want from there, I have it set for the panel only.
if you do not have ccsm installed then run the command "sudo apt-get install ccsm"
you will also need to enable the animations add-on in the compizconfig settings manager in order to have "burn" as an animation option.
