  • Stealing remains stealing. I grew up in Dadu, only 26 miles from Sehwan. I never heard a single poem of 'Lal Shahbaz'. If it was not for the ignorant singers of Lahore, Sindh, and Punjab there would not be any 'Lal'. Those of you who want to worship him do so. He was from the group of assassins who flew from their Heaven & hid himself in Sehwan. Grow up. Do not create more gods, we already have plenty.

  • This sounds very similar to Amir Khusrau's Nami Danam Che Manzil Bood Shab Jaye Ke Man Boodam

  • Dhil se Bahoot Shukryia Bhai Saab....♩♫ ˙· ♥ ·˙ ♫♩ **♥ ♥***˙ ♫♩♩♫ ˙· ♥ ·˙ ♫♩ **

  • Best ever kalam by Qalandar Shahbaz Sb

  • Qawwals, skilled and less skilled, mix and link verses depending on the occasion and the assembly present. The below issues are easily resolved.

Nami danam ki akhir choon are perhaps the best known verses of Khwaja Usman Harooni,

Spiritual Guide of Khwaja Moinuddin Ajmeri.

This is not a pure rendition of those verses, other verses, presumably those of Shabaz Qalander are interspersed throughout this recording.

  • Wah Wah Ya Ali Madad Sahkhir Shabaz Qalandar

  • This is the kalam of Hazrat-e-Usmaan Harooni (R.A), Peer-o-murshad of Hazrat-e-Moeen-ud-din Chishti (R.A)

  • Hazrat lal Shahbaz Qalander's r.a. real name is Syed Usman e Mirwandi & is known as Jhulay Lal.

by any chance does anyone know the background of "Jhulay lal"

Some say its got to do something with Hindus where as others take it to the matter took place between Hazrat Lal Shah Qalander & Hazrat Madhu lal r.a. or (Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif r.a.)

    Allah knows the best!

Top upload .......... thanks for sharing

  • نمی دانم کہ آخر چُوں دمِ دیدار می رقصم

مگر نازم بہ ایں ذوقِ کہ پیشِ یار می رقصم

کلام: عثمان شاہ مروَندی علیہ الرحمہ

  • this is kalam of Hazrat Shah Sharf-ud-Din Bu Ali Qalander(r.a)

  • Marhaba. Thanks for this beautiful upload.More thanks for the translation of Hazrat Shahbaz Qalandar (RA).

I must appreciate Fareed ayaz's persian accent.

  • Staying true to your tradition, this again is simply another soulful experience. Many thanks for sharing Tauseef sahab.

A concern, however I had, which could be due to a limited knowledge! Appologies in advance.

But could you please check if the farsi kalam is of Hazrat Usman Marwandi (aka Lal Shabaz Qalendar), or Hazrat Usman Harooni 526 AH - 617 AH? the former belonged to silssila Qalendariya- Suharwardiya, while the later belonged to silsila Chishtiya.

  • @natural1log i was also confused about poet.because on many places i found last couplet with Usman Harooni even in a qawalli Nusrat used Harooni. but in this qawalli Farid ayyaz called Usman marwandi.

This ghazal is not present in any book or poetic collection of poets mentioned above.on same qafiya radeef there is one ghazal by Wali uddin. now situation was complicated dont know what to write.but more references were about marwandi(without confirmation).but doors of research are still open :)

  • @MTauseefAmin please i need full version please

  • @MTauseefAmin

This is kalam of Molana Usman Harwoni Ra, am confirmed n it coz my Grandfather used to recite this kalam, and before listening to this kalam i have known it.. My grandfather was AALIM, did it in 1930s ... and i have read it in book also

  • @MTauseefAmin
