It is my understanding that you can't record -anyone- without permission if it is a private environment. It's one thing if it's in public, but another thing if it's inside a building. I think that goes with the idea that you can't use recordings as evidence in a court of law if the person did not give permission or acknowledgment of the recording device. I think that only really pertains to audio, though, doesn't it? I think that's where teh problem lies. If you just do video it's fine right?

The Obamacare bill was over 2,000 pages long and included provisons stating that businesses must declare every purchase over 600 dollars, the hiring of 16,000 new IRS-agents, $50B to create a national database etc. The Frank-Dodd bill was equally long, raising the already high costs of compliance even more.
