Started playing this game, and what can I say: 'Awesome!' Now this is what dragonball rpg should be. Not like those legacy of goku crap on the gba. The battle system is simply genius and simple. Hope to see a sequel soon.

this game is ace! i little tip : spend ALL your skill points on unlocking the ultimate skills, then the rest on KI UP and RAGE GAUGE UP. and save all your finisher beans for Gohan, so you can keep him at a low level but still have him usable. i use krillin, goku and gohan as team 1, using all the sparking abilities/s-combos (coz they look ace!) then swap teams to do the others sparking abilities/s-combos ;)

@thecolorsofdarkness2 you fight from the last martial arts tournament up until nappa. after you have defeated him you can revive tien, yamcha and piccolo and collect the popo dragonballs (which give good stuff). or you can fight vegeta (final boss) but i would reccomend you wish for tons of AP before then at least

i'm playing this game, bloody awesome rpg DBZ experience. is there a sequel btw?? damn,i wish i could play the frieza,cell,buu sagas with this rpg style. think how badass transformations gonna be, like saving up enough sparking and ki, transforming, using team combo strikes capped off with stylish uber powered super saiyan kamehameha :))))

I finally managed to beat Brolly, after getting my ass handed to me alot of times. I grinded a bit (collected the Dragon Balls for EXP and AP), but now I kinda regret doing it, because all my characters are overpowered. Plus the item you get from Brolly is freakin' sweet. I still need to scan all the enemies, and seal the monsters with Tenshinhan. Plus collect 1500 carrots, other than that, there's nothing much left for me to do, but maybe start a new game.

@Enchonida The game is in English, but thankfully they kept the original japanese voiceovers, which in my opinion are far superior the the english ones. The characters only shout the name of the attacks and special moves in japanese, menu and storyline are all english.

@ssjdbz87 this game is not too short. it starts at the point where goku begins his training under kami for three years. you start as the other guys though, you don't get to see goku as a kid.

Heres an idea for a dbz game

King vegeta and bardock were both brought back to life(evil)

and fights goku and vegeta

then all of them gang up on whos controlling them.

then king vegeta and bardock dissapear.

at the end of the game you get to choose which to birng back!

Have any of you played the Legacy of Goku games? Would you say this is kind of like that? Because I loved that game and I liked Dragonball Advanced Adventures as well but not as much. All for the Gameboy but I'd recommend to anyone. What would you compare this one to?
