Hey - keep strong. I havent been diagnosed with depression but yeah i'm pretty sure hiding away in my room 24/7 isn't normal and not going out and not being motervated and feeling alone and just yeah randomly crying and not sleeping... so yeah thats like not '' normal '' but yeah if we were normal we'd be boring.
Thanks for such a personal insight into your soul. My advice??? You mention bars in ur profile and vid. Drink is a depressant so please watch your intake. Your in a foreign country, i would feel alone sometimes too. Stay strong rejolo, things will allways get better.

depression is a waste of time. it's a waste of a life to let it overtake ur mind, thoughts and actions. And yet, it has the kind of control of a demon fetus sucking the life out of each and everyone of us that suffer from it.
