The OSPCA's incompetence was clearly demonstrated with the euthing of Rocky, the senior husky dog, without his owners' or vets' knowledge. Rocky was microchipped, seen regularly by his vet. The OSPCA seized, and euthed. But hey, keep a horse in a garage! OSPCA says THAT's okay.

The OSPCA lost this case. But they could afford to renovate, and decrease their capacity for sheltering animals. Big screen TV's are much more important.

This is fucking sickening, and the people charged should be tortured to death. The heroic OSPCA isn't any better, though...they're dropping like 350 animals because of a ring worm infection that is cureable (albeit a lengthy process-but cureable nonetheless)...they just couldn't be bothered investing the time/resources so they're killing them all instead...costs less and takes a fraction of the time.

HUMANE, eh..? Kinda sad when the streets become safer for them than their shelters..
