You just reminded me that I also have that travel tips book. Tip #2 is a good one. Anytime I travel, I leave a photo-copy of my passport at home. Just in case my actual passport gets lost or stolen, Mom can fax me the copy.

Ha! Tip #54, men's version: don't worry about it. The hotel will have little "courtesy" bottles of such stuff already waiting for you in a cute little basket on the bathroom counter. They're good for about 4 days, but they give you a new one every day if you hide them. You stuff those in the suitcase and take them home with you, and you don't have to buy shampoo or conditioner for a month.

MY Tip #54: take half empty shampoo bottle and poor half empty conditioner into shampoo bottle.....shake a little and use when needed!!! Does this sound easier?.....i think it does!

I just ordered the book online :) says it will be here in 2 to 3 weeks...i will make my own revisions to the book as needed

I'm totally willing to try the shampoo and conditioner tip but ever since I discovered the Curl Ambassador, I only need a small bottle of shampoo...As soon as I get a chance, I'm gonna go buy that book, sounds right up my alley! Hmmm Several hours of the electricity being on, creating an overly hot home that is already overly hot vs. carrying concentrated shampoo. I think I'll carry the water around when traveling.
