the first three surveys we went around the junipers. And it was like 4 yards longer. It was my mistake of allowing the walk to occur through the junipers the last time. Either way, its not 500 yards.
I would think a professional surveyor would account for the diameter of the wheel and the distance to the front bumper, since he didn't begin and end measuring on the door faces/thresholds. (Sure he could have cut the corners closer but would a reasonable person walk through the juniper?)
