He told the heckler clearly not to touch him again and then he said to just walk away. In my book that clearly states a warning: you touch me again you die.
He should have been smarter and not physically push Rob one last time. It doesn't matter if the security was between them. Don't talk about sucker punches when ALL real life fight are NEVER fair. Fights are only fair when in a ring under strict rules, like prof. boxing and such. And even then fairness can be discussed.
