It's easier for lego to just use pre-fab'd monorail tracks like they did back in the 80's and mid 90's. I remember oogling them in the free catalogues they put out each year.
@JATO457 believe me i've sent SO many ideas to lego, they just cant legally take random people's designs and make them real theres so much legal stuff they have to go through its just not financially worth it for them so sadly, i understand but MAN does it suck :P
