How to Install a DashMat brand Dash Cover

I don't get why people would get this for their dash unless the dash was cracked. Thats the only reason why I got one. You can tell its not the original dash.

Secondly, a DashMat can help reduce glare while driving so you have better vision during a sunny day. Also, as in your case, you can install a DashMat to help cover an already damaged dash. looks nice. when it comes time to remove the Velcro stickers from the dash, does it leave marks or residue or damage? And do you have any installed pictures of them on other cars?
