  • Art of Fugue, Unfinished Fugue's ending:

  • Is this a man?

  • Thanks for viewing! I'm transgendered as stated up front in my YT Profile:) I really love Bach's complex Preludes and Fugues! Warm Winter Wishes - DeniseX

  • @MissDeniseHewitt Okay, thanks. This is a great piece and you do a nice interpretation of it.

  • ma io scherzo...

  • however pooh is an insane guy who is not worth listening to. just delete his notes. he's just a racist moron.

  • Thanks so much for your moral support! Wishing you a brilliant New Year:) Denise

  • ma perche nn ti vai a ricoverare tesoro?

  • Hi Denise, you are truly an expert to me. Go on recording as many as possible of Bach's music or certain other baroque composers. Thanks.

  • Hi denise i would love for you to make a video of bach's toccata and fugue bwv. 538. it's one of my favorite but very underplayed by musicians.

  • BWV 538 (Dorian) would be impossible on one manual without pedal.

On this instrument it would not sound good.

I like bothe toccata AND FUGUE.

    Many omit the fugue.

  • yeah i've tried myself on a piano and i can only get that fugue out of an organ

  • Play on a piano when you can.

It strengthens your fingers and keeps them limber.

    Organ keys offer no resistance.

As an organist, I ALWAYS practice manuals on the piano.

  • What on earth are you talking about? Have you even played on a mechanical organ???

  • I have played many mechanical action organs.

    Some with action needing work.

Many organs are electric key action - no resistance.

This keyboard likely offers no resistance, though some now have "weighted" keys.

Practice on a piano with a metronome.

LEARN THE NOTES for BACH's sake.

Can't call yourself "Organist" merely because you are playing a keyboard with organ sounds.

  • I Agree.

  • This isn't a variation, it's not number 15, it has no tempo markings, I don't know why you put "Theme" in the title, the original edition of The Art of Fugue had no information to tell you which instrument it should be played on, no one gives a shit about your "Soft Purple Evening Dress", you suck, when I first saw this video and your username I thought it was a joke account since you look so much like a man, and you place a frog manchild at the end of every one of your posts.

    so u ar big dumy

  • Thanks for viewing! I hope that you're able to record and upload your own expert version of Bach's wonderful Art of Fugue:) Best Wishes - Denise

  • But it would be impossible for me to do that since I do not own a "Technics Electronic Keyboard with a synthesized Pipe Organ Mode."

:--()%:}[}) Sincerely - Individual who likes to put their name at the end of their posts even though it's pretty fucking obvious who typed it.

    yuoo dumy

  • Well you could record Bach's Art of Fugue on Piano, Harpsichord, Organ - whichever instrument you play:)

  • You should probably record something from the Art of Fugue before you tell me to.

    stuhpid

  • Since you are a "woman," I'd have expected a squad of butthurt "Understanding YouTube People" and others who take pity on you and attack anyone that may criticize you in any way to have come around a lot earlier.

  • Get a metronome and use it.

Pooh is correct about the Bach details.

    You omit important notes.

Remember the fugue subject and don't allow yourself to skip notes in it.

But I like your dress details.

    More cleavage would be nice!

  • I admire witnessing the real deal, and YOU are showing - what I think - is a TERRIFIC side to being human, read a bit of what you wrote - I too enjoy the wonders of bach

Gould is antzy - check for 'glenn gould talks' on this site.

but a fun watch ...thanks though. you're real Denise - :)

  • Hi, I'm really flattered that you checked me out after Glenn Gould - I play Bach with deep passion from my heart - I am trying to communicate my inner emotions and love of music & life to all YouTuber's :) Best Wishes - Denise

  • with ya.

I just left Glenn Gould's interview regarding his favorite piece, the unfinished piece, so I went to look it up.

    You were the first hit.

I have been playing guitar, oh, 28 revolutions around the sun, and I'm stuck on bach indeed.

I admire what you are about here.

    Beverley's Boutique eh ? heh

hey, your reaching for all that is within you in the music, thanks.

  • Your technical brilliance is amazing, you are very genarous to have put all your playing on youtube.

  • Thanks so much for viewing and commenting so positively! Have a great weekend :-) Denise

  • If you are going to play an organ piece, PLAY IT ON AN ORGAN! No offense, but keyboards don't work with an organ piece. Play piano on that or something.

  • I really wish that I had a "real" pipe organ! But like many others I simply adore Bach's fugues, and enjoy playing them on keyboard in synthesised "organ mode" - Of course it is unfortunately not the same :(

  • I love Bach. You did a great job. Love your dress too. Please stop by and listen to me sing for you. Thanks.

  • I'm delighted that you enjoyed my interpretation of Bach's Final Fugue, as well as my evening dress :)

  • holy shit. why didn't you put on a sombrero or something native

  • I think a sombrero would interfere with my keyboard performance, and is quite out of line with Bach :)

  • I definitely prefer "Miss Denise" ;-)

  • Miss Denise...or Mr. Dennis?
