  • could you got on a diet that makes you look more cut an RIPPED up_OILED up_JAMAICAN under the sun to give us an example of how your meal plans work.

    id suggest what i call a caveman diet: ((what u can eat below))

    tuna or grilled chicken; raw fish; quinoa; hard boiled eggs; raw vegetables and fruit; daily supplement. (*oatmeal in the morning*)

    do a lot of cardio to get that 5% to -5% and take fish oil to replace that bad fat w/ good

  • there is a way to bench press with dumbells without a bench. just use your bed, hang off the edge, if you want support for your neck, use a chair, if the chair is too short, add pillows. just thought you guys should know

    Could you show me a exercise that hits /defines the bottom of the chest below the nipple to get the square bottom.

  • I could essentially do the "deep crunch" on a decline bench, right? can't put my legs like that on any machine at the gym I go to

  • @mando82jr just a suggestion, but i prop the end of my decline bench on a small plyometrics box, and it goes closer to vertical. this might not work for all benches, and make sure it's sturdy enough, of course.

  • i feel like if i do that in my gym on that thing ppl will be like wtf so ill have to use the decline bench

  • @TehColton it just takes time for your quads to get used to the exercise... hitting the muscle a different way is a good thing! :) I used to feel it there too... not any more!!! :)

  • @Zronxziq I'm not sure what you mean exactly. I tried this exercise at a friend's house and it was targeting my obliques a lot more than a floor crunch. I also felt like my abs had a better contraction. Is there any way I can get a deeper crunch without a machine like this?

  • @sswgaming brush your teeth, not too hard brah.

    but teeth whitening strips are amazing.

    But yeah last time i used them was over a year ago, all you need to do is brush your teeth well twice a day (i only brush once) but you should brush twice, and yeah. I have very white teeth, never had a cavity in my life :)

  • So do deep crunches focus on lower abs mainly or just a little, cause my abs are good except for my lower and thats what im trying to work on
