there is a way to bench press with dumbells without a bench. just use your bed, hang off the edge, if you want support for your neck, use a chair, if the chair is too short, add pillows. just thought you guys should know

@mando82jr just a suggestion, but i prop the end of my decline bench on a small plyometrics box, and it goes closer to vertical. this might not work for all benches, and make sure it's sturdy enough, of course.

id suggest what i call a caveman diet: ((what u can eat below))
tuna or grilled chicken; raw fish; quinoa; hard boiled eggs; raw vegetables and fruit; daily supplement. (*oatmeal in the morning*)
do a lot of cardio to get that 5% to -5% and take fish oil to replace that bad fat w/ good
