its actually surprisingly good. I didnt have to throw my old zune away when the new one came out because you get all the same features. I also think the new one looks like shit, and a touch pad? wtf were they thinking?

i have the zune 80, and its very, very nice. i think it looks much sexier than the 30, and the touchpad is really useful once you get used to it.
