I'm NOT a veggie so I eat meat and don't think eating a dog is worse that eating a cow, chicken etc. Not that I never ate one and never will. But to think that some sort of animal is more "Ok" to eat is just wrong. if the animals are treated well there is nothing wrong with eating animals. Yeah I've seen horrible videos of chinese dog/cat slaughter but I've seen cruel slaughters in west world countries too. And look at Animals Cops how some treat their pets ! We aren't better!

How is killing a dog for food any worse than killing a cow? What difference is there? They're both valid sources of meat. I love dogs, but I don't see what you guys are getting your panties in a twist about here. People keep animals like pigs and the like as pets, too, but they'll still eat pork. Rabbits can be pets, but we still eat rabbits.

@snake172 dog meat tastes like goat meat. also tastes kind of like venison (deer). i tried it once when i lived in west africa. also tried rat (tastes like shit) and bat (tastes only slightly better than rat) and guinea pig (actually tastes ok with the right seasoning). oh, and fried locusts (grasshoppers) which i couldnt taste b/c they put so much spice on the things it was like over-cooked french fries covered in cayenne pepper. im with ya on the whale meat. always wanted to try that.
