Wow, fried chicken anybody?. Motel Cambodia, he hit the fuel tanks of the dump truck and that was the first explosion. The second one came from a combination of him hitting that wall and a pick up truck slamming head on into his fuel tanks. It was a miracle anybody survived even more so that nobody got hurt.
speedy RJW, NTTA is an acronym for "North Texas Tollway Authority". This happened on a toll road. The dump truck was doing work on the road.
