its a legal tactic to create a false counting of incidents, thus keeping insurance rates and performance records from being to adversely affected, which protects industry, social finance and those who insurance it.

in Canada its called a "Victim Impact Statement". a Judge allows a victim to face the person/company and tell them exactly what the victim has suffered due to their negligence. these "Statements" can bring a healing on the victim's peace of mind.

Kohl93, it seems that you have a better understanding of Justice, not here in the U.K. maybe on paper. It would be great if we had an opportunity to communicate with Costco on the impact their negligence have caused our family. Our Legal system seems to protect the guilty especially if they are a multi corporate. We do not even get the opportunity of making our own statement to the Court without our Solicitors' refusing to submit it and ask to come off the records, as our second solicitor did.

The end there none of that makes sense. I dont think they could get away with that just because of the media coverage that would be on this in the USA. They would settle right away on this case and move on.

Hi all, thanks for your comments, AzraelsJudgeme yes it does not make any sense, I was talking to someone from the Law Society that is familiar with this case he summed it up by saying, well at the end of the day you are dealing with humans. I do believe that a lot of problems had derived from the beginning and now it has reached the point of no return. So what is happening they are covering up for each other right back to the Police and Local Authority's. The media over here is well controlled

GEERUP, the feeling is neutral, I strongly believe that we all should love one another and only detest injustice for that is the evil that manifest in the midst of our willingness to believe that some of us are superior than others. I am always pleased to share my love with my fellow man that is true "blessed are the ones who care"
