So when you made this video where you asleep when you figured out how to build the profile?? I had a two second video and a pic up in half hours worth playing with it. EASIER WAY: Next to Sing Out it says your username...click the arrow then click SETTINGS then under the picture you have now it says CHANGE click that then click CHANGE picture and u can either upload a image or pica file..than SAVE......................HOPE I HELPED

IGNORE THIS VID & follow the steps below:

Sign into your YouTube account and click the Account link at the top right hand corner of the page

In the left hand navigation column, click Profile Setup.

Click the Change Picture button and select the file that you'd like to display as your thumbnail profile icon on your channel (you can either select an image or a still frame from one of your videos).

Don't forget to click the 'Save Changes' button

Go to Privacy, which is on the Recent Activitys Module

Then click Profile Set Up

Then it says Change Picture and stufff :)

Now there is way easier ways to do this u go to google(if u dont want a pic of ur self) and right click save as to pictures go 2 your channel go 2 themes and colors than go to advanced options click on it Then browse click on pic and its set as your pic that u wanted lol easy! Or browse your pic
