The pyramid and the spheres are from Gosei Sentai Dairanger the Super Sentai series that season 2 is based on. Plus the White Ranger and Serpentera also came from there as well. Now the episodes you spoke about is A Friend in Need parts 1-3 that lead to the Masked Rider and the Red Ranger episode you speak of is called Forever Red and its in Power Rangers Wild Force btw.
