Okay. This level is driving me nuts! I don't have count on how many times I've tried and failed.

What is the PS3 button combo for the climb. I run to the wall (holding L1), then turn right, press R1 - then press R2 to try to smash the glass on the top level. Is this the right combo?

@dsveinsson Yeah. It's just like he said, you really have to mash the hit button. Sometimes it's possible just to just completely miss it. It's the right combo. You just have to keep on trying.

Every time I try and run up that last support to get to the top floor, she hits the edge of the ceiling and falls to the bottom! It's driving me nuts, and no-one else seems to have this problem.

@wibblegorm as well as getting speed up for the runwall before hand and holding down the jump button for as long as possible, you may want to try mashing the button that makes her grab the ledge. That worked for me.

you can actually shave a little bit of time when you wall jump off of the side part(where you broke the glass), you can press the turn 180 trigger and itll be faster and easyer.

I know this is old video, but the way I did was cool, i used the chair trick in one of the Speedrun video's, then first pillar i climbed up that up the second one, got 22 in time, but I made mistakes it was awesome... i love watching my ghost

I would love some more videos :) I need a reason to pick this game up a third time. Getting anything besides 1* is far too frustrating without help to me xD I found a trick so you don't get stunned from a long fall (wallrun + kick) & I've heard of something called sidestepping, which supposedly makes you reach momentum faster.

Kinda boring when that kind of stuff is basically required :(

o_o ok I just got 21 seconds. I broke the bottom glass first, I couldn't for the life of me do that last wall run and break the glass. I restarted and actually pulled it off... could have gotten just under 20 (I think) if I didn't pause because I couldn't believe I just pulled it off lol.

No, the way I originally did it - getting 3 stars, but about 5 seconds slower, as to get to the top floor, and then to run up the diagonal beams holding up the bridge.

You can get 3 stars on your first run through using that method.

Damn, I was doing a way different method that involved climbing up to the very top of the waterfall structure, wallrunning and then jumping to the top of the level, and running and dropping down to the goal. Problem is, I could never get each part down perfectly on the same run.

best way to make that run is to hit the first checkpoint then jump off the chair and push to the right then go up the wall and hit RB to turn around on the pole. repeat that to get up faster

The 10 second run is done by turning back on yourself after cp1, jumping on the chair and then wall running up the pillar, jump turn right and then repeating that move 2 more time up that pillar. I freaked out when I saw the ghost on xbl. I'm not good enough (yet) to try it.

Also, for those that don't know, the panes of glass are present when you first start the time trial, but if you destroy some and then restart the time trial, those destroyed panes of glass do not reappear. So destroy the panes of glass first which get in your way, then restart the level and do the run the properly

i had the world record for a while on this, but theres a faster way to do it as well.. either way nice job (you can bounce off the chair, thats how u get it in around 10-11 seconds) i havent played this game since Left 4 Dead came out, so I'm sure when I do again I will have to revisit it to reclaim the record =)

That route is superior to the developer's intended "3 star" route, I think. (And as many people know, the world leader's have < 12 seconds, using a similar technique))

I'm think "intended" 3 star path is to get up to the stringy white suspension bridge thing (using some of the moves seen in the video) then run up the white stringy incline, get onto the large white roof structure, then jump over to the goal. It's easier than the video and gets you to the goal just under the 3 star par.
