This looks really good. The level design looks really good given the short amount of time you've been hacking. Like Mechamind said, it needs more enemies, though.
The music in the ocean overworld doesn't seem to fit that well, and I think the brown tiles that wouldn't disappear are 16x16 tiles. You can probably delete them after you click on the tile at the top that looks like a ghost house. If that doesn't work, try the one that looks like like an exploding ghost house. =)

Pretty good structure. However, I think it needs some enemies and not just lava and Iggy.
