Per completezza di informazione, è opportuno aggiungere che il testo inglese è stato composto dalla stessa Bridgewater (non esistono altri fantomatici autori come qualcuno pretnde) come si può dedurre facilmente anche dall'etichetta del disco. Per cui l'ipotesi del suo imbarazzo a cantare la canzone a Sanremo vacilla non poco. Non appare credibile, infatti, che Dee Dee Bridgewater si sia vergognata a interpretare un testo da lei stessa pensato e scritto.
