can your weapons get completly destroyed if you die like in lineage? Do you choose to be warrior, scout, mage or priest as you make your character or at a certain level?

You chosoe to be a Warrior, Scout, Mage or Priest at the start, you then choose later on whether to be a certain type. A Warrior beomes Gladiator or Templar, a Scout becomes a Ranger or Assassin, a Mage becomes a Spiritmaster or Sorcerer and a priest becomes a Cleric or a Chanter. As for weapons, I do not know.

Wow, I can't wait to kill giant chickens and cats. If you can also kill rampaging golden retriever puppies, it will be the perfect game. But even if you can't kill puppies, I simply can't wait for "Lineage 3: Now with Flying Farmer-Bots!" errr.. I mean Aion.

You're right about me not reading up, but I tend to be very pessimistic (or should I say realistic) about Korean MMO's.

Another assumption without research, if you'll take the time to learn about Aion, they explain why Korean MMO's to date have been the way they have. It was to introduce the audience to the mmo genre without everything at once. They are now forming this new MMO with all aspects of the genre included.
