I've been going to Hilton Head Island every year since before I turned 1 year old. I'm 34 now and sang on his lap when I was a kid. Now my 5 year old son had his turn this past summer.

I grew up going to Hilton Head with my family every summer. Greg Russell was a main point for my visit. I even remember going up on stage when I was 7 and saying a joke (breaking his rule of no jokes) that I stole from TV. We had the tapes and all. Im 27 now and in the military, watching this video brings back some great memories.

im here now and saw GR last night and what a great show!! He had a guy that was once a kid who is now a dad sing take me out to the ball game last night, very touching!! I do want to say that when i came in my teens i hung out in a group of regular kids that came all the time, one of them is a famous actress now named tara reid.

okay, so i was born on the island back in 1991 and i have been going to see gregg russel for longer than i can remember and i still love all of his songs. currently i am sailing a schooner in newfoundland, canada, and i love to sing this song when i am on bow watch! i love this song!
