Yah I've been clean for about a year now. I used Suboxone to help me, and it REALLY did help me. The long term side effects aren't worth it.. possible heart problems, and other vital organ damage.

5mg oxycodone is nothing to worry about. The only time you should worry is if you feel agitated or panic when you don't have them. At that small dose however, you can come off of it at home. Good luck, I hope you feel better.

i enjoy some opiets when i get my hands on them but im not addicted, usuly oxycontin 40's 2 or 3 not to much more, and oxycodones usuly 5 or 6, but if i do them for long periods of time i find it hard to sleep if i dont have them and i get restless.
Opana. Yeah, oxymorphone is poppable. The pill is called "Opana". I wouldn't recommend using it though, it's stronger than any other pain killer out there and heroin combined.
can u "pop" dilaudid? (don kno if thats what u take or not) I kno it works better if u shoot it, what happens if u pop it... im pretty sure oxycodone is the same thing.
They are alll opioids based off of opiates. Pain killers are either based off codeine, or morphine (95% of them anyway). Dilaudid comes in pill form, so I guess you could pop it. But it's the second most powerful pain killer they will give you, so use with caution.
percocet has oxcodone in it so before u decide to pop perks for a good high think about what ur doing ive done my pills and i regret its horrible it WILL ruin ur life
Wow, thanks for the videos. I am 2 years clean and STILL on Suboxone. I am down to only 2 mg a day and im comfortable with that. I was taking at least 15 10 mg hydrocodone a day if not more. I almost lost my son, and my husband. I thank god EVERYDAY for Suboxone. I remember not being able to make plans for the weekend because I didnt know if I would have pills, I dont miss those sleepless nights or days that I couldnt get out of bed without my pills. Feels good to be a success story, huh?
Sounds like you have a very good plan going. I really can connect with what you said about the internet and having completely strangers help you out and be supportive. Works both ways of course but you are very right. I am not addicted to opiates but am addicted to the lifestyle of illegal drugs. Sorry for the delay, but taking the medication every once in a while, and at small doses is safe. What gave me heart trouble was the fact that I was using the equivalent of 160 Percocet per day. THAT is what the problem is. If you need them, you need them - just try not to stay on them too long.
I myself would never accept OxyContin as a treatment for pain because of the peaks and valleys during the release of the drug. OxyContin releases at six hours for its second dose. Long term use, your analgesic duration may be as short as 2.5 hours with the first dose, and now leaving you with a narcotic void until the release.

You never actually state what amount of Oc you took to 'induce' congestive heart failure. I am slightly curious, I am no heart surgeon but I am an M.D. and it seems to me that a smoking habit combined with a poor diet would be a more realistic cause. I have been taking Oxycodone,roxicet 30mg tabs and more for over 5 yrs..granted I am hooked, but I am on pain mgmt. Have had over 10 surgeries, 5 knee replacements, and the body keeps rejecting the knees, the nerves in my lower spine are so damaged from a car accident that there is nothing the doc can do.. Ahh pain. I don't use any drugs save aspirin. Here's the deal, pain tells you were to target treatment. If you hurt all over there's a good reason for it. Find the source, treat it and the pain will leave. If you are injured, it will heal faster if you don't use pain killers.

Wrong. All opioids are made from the opiates codeine and morphine, and God didn't even create those. The opium poppy is what was created. All people or animals for that sake can be addicted to opiates, and it doesnt matter if you belong to the higher or lower class. I think the best way to get out of it is first to tell yourself hey im the one who control my body, not the opiates. Now you have to put yourself on a small dose of it, and have it for a week, then the half dose of that the following week, until you have the dose as small as possible, and have that for the final week, and then finish.

I don't know why you are having all of this trouble. Oxy is highly addicting, but it's not bad for you as long as you don't OD and die. I know that sounds silly, but it's true. The only real damage that oxy does to you is addict you, or you can stop breathing and die, but it really doesn't hurt your body even long term.
Actually I had congestive heart failure, and as a long term effect, the doctors have determind that my numbness in certain parts of my body is due to the use of OxyCodone IR and OxyContin.
Were you on Percs or Vics for a long time? The Tylenol in those pills is far more damaging to your organs than Oxy or Hydro. Also, if you tend to nod out, you can fall asleep in positions that cut circulation. I know a guy who is crippled from nodding out for a few hours in a position that cut circulation to his legs!
thats what I take now for pain oxycodone ir 20mg and oxycontin 20mg two a day I only them for pain. I been on the same dosage for months and I don't try to get high off it, why would I do that to myself?

I took methadone everyday for 7 years. Large amounts of Methadone. I thought i would die on methadone cause I couldn't go through the withdrawls to get off. Then I went to jail and had no choice. It sucked, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I tried methadone maintenance, methadone detox, suboxone, rapid detox, ect. What worked for me was being locked down. i enjoy some opiets when i get my hands on them but im not addicted, usuly oxycontin 40's 2 or 3 not to much more, and oxycodones usuly 5 or 6, but if i do them for long periods of time i find it hard to sleep if i dont have them and i get restless.

Opana. Yeah, oxymorphone is poppable. The pill is called "Opana". I wouldn't recommend using it though, it's stronger than any other pain killer out there and heroin combined.

They are alll opioids based off of opiates. Pain killers are either based off codeine, or morphine (95% of them anyway). Dilaudid comes in pill form, so I guess you could pop it. But it's the second most powerful pain killer they will give you, so use with caution.

Wow, thanks for the videos. I am 2 years clean and STILL on Suboxone. I am down to only 2 mg a day and im comfortable with that. I was taking at least 15 10 mg hydrocodone a day if not more. I almost lost my son, and my husband. I thank god EVERYDAY for Suboxone. I remember not being able to make plans for the weekend because I didnt know if I would have pills, I dont miss those sleepless nights or days that I couldnt get out of bed without my pills. Feels good to be a success story, huh?

Sounds like you have a very good plan going. I really can connect with what you said about the internet and having completely strangers help you out and be supportive. Works both ways of course but you are very right. I am not addicted to opiates but am addicted to the lifestyle of illegal drugs. Okay, question. Im 17 and my freind wants to sell me 4 vicodin pills for 20$. I just want to trip on the 4 hour ride to my grandmas house. This would be my first time using it. Sorry for the delay, but taking the medication every once in a while, and at small doses is safe. What gave me heart trouble was the fact that I was using the equivalent of 160 Percocet per day. THAT is what the problem is. If you need them, you need them - just try not to stay on them too long.

I myself would never accept OxyContin as a treatment for pain because of the peaks and valleys during the release of the drug. OxyContin releases at six hours for its second dose. Long term use, your analgesic duration may be as short as 2.5 hours with the first dose, and now leaving you with a narcotic void until the release.

I was addicted to Valumn it helps anxiety disorders ur body can only take about 25 mg of that stuff i would take 50 to 60 mg a day man. i know what ur going through my doctor told me if i continue to do it my body would kill my self my heart would fail and i would die on the spot man. i have been clean for about 7 months and i don't mess with that stuff anymore man popping pills really messes u up. You never actually state what amount of Oc you took to 'induce' congestive heart failure. I am slightly curious, I am no heart surgeon but I am an M.D. and it seems to me that a smoking habit combined with a poor diet would be a more realistic cause. Generally an OD on Oc does not indue heart failure, nor does long term use. Good video though. Good luck and hope all is well.

I have been taking Oxycodone,roxicet 30mg tabs and more for over 5 yrs..granted I am hooked, but I am on pain mgmt. Have had over 10 surgeries, 5 knee replacements, and the body keeps rejecting the knees, the nerves in my lower spine are so damaged from a car accident that there is nothing the doc can do.. I thank-god for these drugs, but as long as u don't abuse it, and take only as prescribed u will be fine...Any comments? I have tried all the other treatments, this is it.

just when I think im free of the drugs they pull me back. I sucks dude I started on vicodin went to percs and a few weeks back I start poppin oxy. Last week I upgraded to crushing and sniffin and the other day I tried a vic and it had no effect on me what so ever. I know when my its taking a toll on me when I cant lift half the weight I usually lift or run a mile at the gym. Good luck man!

Ahh pain. I don't use any drugs save aspirin. Here's the deal, pain tells you were to target treatment. If you hurt all over there's a good reason for it. Find the source, treat it and the pain will leave. If you are injured, it will heal faster if you don't use pain killers.

In a situation like a broken hand, you don't take high doses for months and months. ANYONE can take it for a few weeks and come out fine. You don't know the HALF of it lol. I am glad however that you didn't continue use and get addicted. Hope your hand feels better,.

Before I had congestive heart failure, I was taking 500 - 800mg per day. That's what made everything fail so bad, and cause me all the problems I have.

I don't know where you got the idea that it helps with pain, especially lower back pain, but it doesn't work. If you have cancer, perhaps, but even then I don't know the circumstances on what kind of cancer you must have in order for it to work. Anyway, believe me - I have tried everything.

The question is, for how long? And how high of a dose? It doesn't grab EVERYBODY, but for the most part anyone taking it over a month usually can feel the withdrawal at least a little, how small the dose.

Wrong. All opioids are made from the opiates codeine and morphine, and God didn't even create those. The opium poppy is what was created. And just because it's a plant doesn't mean it's OK, we've proven that time and time again with heroin, cocaine, etc. Marijuana is OK I'd say.. but the rest of the stuff, no need to even try and make it look less serious.

I suffer from crohns and have been put on these now and have been since oct 08 1st was tramdol then vicodin then oxy. i have built such a tolerance that i find myself taking 4 oxy 80's a day, and although being high feels good it really is taking a toll. i dont know what to do but the fear of withdrawal a and pain is making me carry on. its so hard. your vid is inspiring thanks m8 and gl

All people or animals for that sake can be addicted to opiates, and it doesnt matter if you belong to the higher or lower class. I think the best way to get out of it is first to tell yourself hey im the one who control my body, not the opiates. Now you have to put yourself on a small dose of it, and have it for a week, then the half dose of that the following week, until you have the dose as small as possible, and have that for the final week, and then finish.

He'll have to have an awakening like we all did. Either legal troubles eventually, or even worse damage to his health. I have some parts of my body that are numb permanently, and just recently there was a hunch by a doctor that I had a mini-stroke on OxyContin, and the evidence shows it. Not only that, but I had congestive heart failure directly linked to the dose of oxycodone I was on daily. Something will have to happen to wake him up, otherwise why would he stop?

I don't know why you are having all of this trouble. Oxy is highly addicting, but it's not bad for you as long as you don't OD and die. I know that sounds silly, but it's true. The only real damage that oxy does to you is addict you, or you can stop breathing and die, but it really doesn't hurt your body even long term.

Were you on Percs or Vics for a long time? The Tylenol in those pills is far more damaging to your organs than Oxy or Hydro. Also, if you tend to nod out, you can fall asleep in positions that cut circulation. I know a guy who is crippled from nodding out for a few hours in a position that cut circulation to his legs!

I took methadone everyday for 7 years. Large amounts of Methadone. I thought i would die on methadone cause I couldn't go through the withdrawls to get off. Then I went to jail and had no choice. It sucked, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I tried methadone maintenance, methadone detox, suboxone, rapid detox, ect. What worked for me was being locked down. I had no choice but to just stick it out. It is possible and it is so good on the other side. Just do it! One Love, Jess

hang in there man. My wife used oxy and got addicted. Suboxone saved her life look in to it. it works but make sure you get the symbiax to use with it. they have a 95% success rate. Methadone doesn't work neither does kalonidine

Once u get down to 2mg of suboxone YOURE IN THE CLEAR. I DID IT. 90 % OF IT IS MENTAL NOT PHYSICAL ADDICTION. If someone gave you something, that tasrted like Oxy, looked like oxy and you did it. You would feel relieved of your withdrawl symptoms!!!! I've seen it!!! Im addicted to them tooo!!! I Crushed up 1 for my friend, she was hurtin. She snorted it and felt better, IT WAS A Tylonal!
