Dont let the 5000 fool you, that bitch has alot of problems, I have a 5000 and a 3000 and I aint never faced so many problems with a Machine before in life...I owned a 2500 1st and that got my feet wet with MPC's...moved from the 25 to the 3000 and from the 3K to the 5K...I wouldnt buy one again if I had the money....I would go with the 4000...

Let me tell u...I was a FL user for YEARS, but at the moment I touched my MPC 2000XL. I got HOOKED!!!

The only way I have did any beats via computer is thru midi and a MPD. Its something about the swing, the sound control and them 16pads.

Just goto ya local pawn shop. You'll NEVER regret it.

yea ive been makin beats on FL for all the 6 years that ive been producin.. its too a point where i literally kno everythin about it... just decided its time to switch to an MPC since its such a studio standard now adays... like if an artist calls me to his studio and i dont have my laptop and all they got over there is a MPC and I have no idea how to use one, and hes like "so show me what u got", im screwed lol.. love FL and i plan on still usin it from time to time but I gotta master this MPC

its definitely all about the sounds. Use crappy sounds getting a crappy beat. if you need any sounds holler at me. I hacvce over 1800 titles and have 1 TB hard drives FULL of sample cd-dvds.
