  • I have a question. I need to figure out how to arrange names to identify with a zip code on an excel spreadsheet. So for instance....

    Smith, Joe = 005321, 005323, 005224 (etc. etc. with zip codes)

    The purpose being to associate a large number of zip codes to one individual in one area. Do you have any suggestions??

  • Hi Thanks for this BUT my sheet doesn't work one is in text format the other is in general format, so I changed the general to Text still not working.

  • Did you try the custom number format in the Special category "Zip Code" or "Zip Code + 4"?
