Has any book ever had a more potent title for a book than Runaway Horses? Such a breathtaking image! The book was tiresome at times because of the political propaganda, but after having read it, I find it has really grown on me. I'd love to read The Temple of Dawn if someone could provide a translation worth a crumb.

豊饒の海第二部「奔馬」と「剣」が三島由紀夫の精神を最も表現した作品だと思う。1963年製作の大映映画「剣」主演は市川雷蔵、監督は三隅研次、この作品もお薦めです。
