You can do it like in this video, try to locate and make big plans on how to kill 5 seperate generals... Or you can wait til quite close to the story, where you go up in the Eiffel Tower, because there are five drunk-ass generals up there, that dont even take notice of you. Its a piece of cake to kill them

I thought the Trick or Treat achievement is when you already have to be dressed up like a Nazi and then go in for the stealth kill.....
