have concord 4,when I arm to away or stay,it beeps like usual but then it keeps beeping 1 long beep like every 2 seconds or so. Anyone?

The Simon XT. The Concord can also "talk" but it requires an additional piece of equipment.

It's called an Interrogator module, it mounts separately from the keypad.

not the keypad its an optional piv board that can be installed in the concord panel with optional speaker siren which enables voice..
