No disrespect to Pronger, but the Flyers gave away Lupul, who is very skilled at the age of 25, and is getting even better, a 19 year old defenseman and 2 first round draft picks. The Pens played a pretty good series and did enough to win and the series was pretty entertaining. The Flyers aren't winning the Cup this year but there's always next year, where the Flyers will have to face the Pens in the playoffs again. My wife is from Pittsburgh and we go back every couple of months to visit. The one thing I like most about Pittsburgh is how the entire city stands by and supports their sports teams. It is unbelievable how many people from Pittsburgh you see wearing either a Steelers or Penguins shirt/jersey.
I have lived in the Pittsburgh area for many years and I hate all Pittsburgh sports teams. I especially hate the Steelers and Pens. Everytime I see somebody wearing a Steeler or Pens' jersey, It just cracks me up.

I'm not gonna stoop low like others and call the other team "Shitsburgh" or the Flyers "whiners", 'cause believe it or not there are actually people out there that like BOTH teams.
The Flyers are my second favorite team, and if we don't continue then I hope they do, but I see us meeting them a couple of times in the Conference Finals to be honest. Pittsburgh holds my heart&soul, but if there's anybody else who would deserve it, in my honest opinion, it would be Philly.

The Pens played a pretty good series and did enough to win and the series was pretty entertaining. The Flyers aren't winning the Cup this year but there's always next year, where the Flyers will have to face the Pens in the playoffs again. I just hope I can see the Flyers win the Cup once, it's been more than thirty years.

why would you say Biron sucks? we only had 2 defensemen capable of hangin with the pens speed and he had about the same stats as fleury through the playoffs. i wouldnt say hes great but hes far from sucking. and yeah we did outplay them in most games offensively but when theres a turnover every other time we're leavin our zone, it makes it tough to get a lead

the crosby sucks chant started when he was in his diving and crying phase early in his career. now that he does it no more than any other star hockey player it really has no meaning. when i was at game 3-4 there were alot of Flyers fans trying to start lets go Flyers chants over it and actually gettin pissed that we're chanting against one guy instead of for our team. i hope it ends next season because to me its disrespectful towards the Flyers and the talent we have

My wife is from Pittsburgh and we go back every couple of months to visit. The one thing I like most about Pittsburgh is how the entire city stands by and supports their sports teams. It is unbelievable how many people from Pittsburgh you see wearing either a Steelers or Penguins shirt/jersey.

The funniest part of the game was when the crowd chanted "Crosby Sucks" Then he tied it up at 3-3 and only half the crowd was chanting.But when he put the icing on the cake,you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet.The flyers and their fans fear this guy.
